I recently went to a class and I was shocked at how much fun I had at a yoga class. The instructors energy and personality really radiates the room and makes it a comfortable place to be. She challenged us to move our bodies in ways I didn’t think I could move them (lol). It was a great experience and if your looking for a yoga spot look no further 😊

I have been going to Flow for a little over two weeks now and I can’t see myself ever stopping!!!! With the different workout classes and trainers you’ll never get bored, and trust me when I say you’ll never want to leave after your workout either! So thankful for Flow! I found this sisterhood in a gym at one of the most challenging times in my life. The positivity, the encouragement, the pure joy is felt the moment you walk in the door.
