I first joined FLOW through their two-week introductory membership. I tried all the classes and appreciated the variety, but the workouts were different from what I was used to at my previous gym in South Florida. I wasn’t sure if it would be a long-term fit because of the style of workouts, but clearly, I was open to something new—because here I am, 2 1/2 years later, still here LOL!!!!
