The atmosphere is absolutely phenomenal, and the trainers are even better!! I’ve been with the gym for a few months now; seriously if you’re looking for a fitness gym you should check them out!
I recently started going to classes here it's the best thing I did for myself Kara goes out of her way to accommodate all my needs and all the instructors are amazing as well as the option for babysitting.
I’m so grateful for Flow! I joined about 2 months ago and I go 3-4 times a week. There’s so much to do, I still have not taken all the classes they have to offer. The variety not only makes it impossible to get bored, it challenges me to work muscles that often get ignored. And the classes are a blast! They have childcare which was a MUST for me.
