Other than the gym having a great variety of equipment the best part about flow fitness is the staff, super knowledgeable and friendly, they're helpful without being intimidating... highly recommend
Instructors are great! You feel welcomed and they care enough to introduce themselves, even with a large class size. The equipment works great, the gym is super clean and you are always greeted with a smile!

Modern, clean gym with easy on/off access to 495. Bathrooms are amazing!!! I'll just stop there because then I will start sounding like a creepy guy. Definitely check out this place for yourself!
