Being a fitness professional for over 25 years I have seen a few gyms! Flow Fitness has everything you need to help you reach your fitness goals in a CLEAN, fun and motivating atmosphere!!! The members are awesome and the staff is not so bad either!;) I love teaching and working out here!!!
