RecommendedMark is a great person as a whole, professional, knowledgable and not pushy with his suggestions. He was a recommendation from a friend who also suffered from frozen shoulder. Not sure how bad you would have considered mine - but with only a few visits I was good to go. He planted the KETO seed as well. I was never one to follow any diets. Now I am on the road to getting off of my Type 2 diabetic medication. Thank you - you are a life changer!
