no progress with job search, job consultant would start searching for job on career website during appointment, nothing before or after. normally appointment should be 1 hour, she spent 15 minutes and said that's it for today, next time i'll just call you. no follow up, no initiative. barely any support (the services they refer to all have long waiting periods). have changed provider.
Be warned: this service demands your total compliance while offering zero accountability in return. They hold the power to stop my Centrelink payments if I miss an appointment, yet they missed our scheduled call today without a word. They couldn't even provide the basic action plan I requested. It is impossible to get a straight answer or a professional result here. This is exactly what happens when government-funded services have no real-world consequences for incompetence.

With the wonderful support of such trained professionals that understand my needs, I am able to focus on myself in every way, I am absolutely grateful in every way, for Flourish. Thank you wholeheartedly for each of your kindness ,support ,commitment and knowledge. I have grown so much in a way that love alone encourages you.
