They are a great support.
Flourish is a nice and safe place to drop in. They are there to offer a mental health space and support individuals through peer support workers and groups. I specifically enjoy the women's group and the music group looks like a lot of fun. It is inspiring seeing the satisfaction of others who use the centre and hearing them say how having a safe space like that has helped them in times they felt they had no hope.
