My 1st purchase of the Mardi Gras Cream Cheese King Cake was terribly dry falling apart as if stale and was much smaller than on the picture my staff of 22 nurses just threw it and the extra slices purchased in the garbage. Spoke with staff at the bakery offered to remake with proof of purchase of course. Took in next morning this cheesecake was not only beautiful, but flaky creamy and the taste was outstanding. Before ordering my cake I took a picture to the store to make sure they could make the cake. When I called the following day they stated they could make the cake. The cake was ordered and paid for and it was noted on the order slip that there was a photo of the cake. The cake as you can tell from the picture was very tough and stale. The outcome speaking with management was it was a misunderstanding. I paid for a cake that I could not serve and had to pay for a second cake.
Best cupcakes and sweets in Mobile or anywhere else for that matter!!! I cannot give Flour Girls Bakery a high enough recommendation, go now, thank me later!
