The staff is always so professional . I love the cupcakes here. I drive all the way from satsuma al just to buy cupcakes from flour girl ! They are always so friendly and so clean . Saraland , satsuma area doesn't hv a bakery ! Hint , hint . �
Literally just picked up my cupcakes for my sons school and they are cold!!! I asked for fresh cupcakes so I could pick them up and take them straight to the school for the class to eat! The lady told me that they were fresh! If they were fresh then why are they in the cooler? If I wanted COLD cupcakes I would have went to Winn Dixie and picked up a dozen from the cooler there! I am very sorry you were disappointed in the temperature of your order. All of our cupcakes are baked fresh each day, with all left over donated to one of several local ministries we help support, nothing is held over night or over the weekend as we are closed on Sunday's. We place all orders in the cooler as they are filled to ensure that they will stay fresh until you are ready to serve them. Beautiful cakes and oh so delicous! Yes they do get busy and you may need to order well in advance but that's because they are so good :) I have ordered several cakes and they have all been fantastic!
I have traveled all over the US due to my racing. I always look for the best bakeries immediately after an event I have yet to find a better cupcake than flour girls anywhere. When I try a new place I usually rate them on a scale of 1-flour girls. Haha
