I'm a repeat customer and I LOVE their cupcakes. However, their customer service skills are awful. I messaged them reguarding a king cake that was bought from them. It was extremely dry and very uncharacteristic of what I usually get from there. I told them my problem and asked when they were making more so I could come back by and buy another. The cupcakes are divine! We stumbled upon this place while in Mobile a few months ago. It was the end of the day, so there weren’t many cupcakes left, but what they had was so delicious that we planned another trip to Mobile just to come here!
