Very unprofessional. Upstairs neighbor had Joe the Plumber cause a major water leak in their unit. FloStop claimed there was no water intrusion into my home even though they OBSERVED water dripping from door frames, smoke detectors, and baseboards. Refused to make repairs. Stay far away from this company.
Problems with two contractors and now, nearly 3 years after Hurricane Ian, I'm finally getting my home repaired properly. FloStop was highly recommended for demo and mold remediation and let me tell you, this company is fantastic! They gave me an estimate, stuck to it and I even added some work and there were no issues. Flowstop was great to deal with. They came out, took a look at the damage and the situation. Flowstop then went to work to fix all the damage. It was done quickly and the damaged area look like we had no damage. The man that fixed the damage, Clive was just great. He knew what to do and he handled the situation.
I am a realtor and I depend on vendors to help with remediating buyer and seller inspection items.
