I had a wonderful experience at floss, staff and Dr are extremely friendly, well-knowledged, and thorough. It is a very patient friendly environment. Will be referring my friends and family here!
I've had great experiences at this location. They make you feel welcome by using your name. They are always friendly and concerned about your dental health. When I had to have a big procedure they talked me through it and checked on me throughout.
I truly had a "5 star" experience at Floss. My teeth were riddled with cavities and I was pressed for time to get them fixed as graduation was fast approaching. They were able to get me in quickly, fix my teeth quickly, and best of all the look great. Additionally, I was extremely pleased with how I was interacted with as a customer; I received only kindness, friendly faces, and undivided attention from all members of the Floss staff. 10/10 will continue to go to Floss and will recommend to others.
Terrible in every possible way. Told me I needed *eight* fillings. Got a second opinion and was told I needed two at most. This is MALPRACTICE committed to extract money from insurance companies. Dr. Patel is not trustworthy. Lesser complaints - Over the course of multiple visits, the people here have consistently been brusque to the point of rudeness, and I have very much felt "handled."
