Searching through my dental plan with my employer to find a new dentist in my Homewood home area and took a chance to call to make a new patient appointment today with Dr. Ryan seeing the review were so high and this dentist was listed in my network for my plan. Called to make an appointment and was told not able to schedule until December. What a bummer, seeing I have to use my coverage for this year. My experience with this Dental office was not a pleasant one. Every time ive tried to make an appointment here i have been unsuccessful because they have asked me to wait for a ridiculous amount of months. WHEN I FINALLY WAITED 3 MONTHS FOR AN APPOINTMENT THAT THEY CONFIRMED WITH ME UP UNTIL THE DAY BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT, THEY THEN CANCELED MY APPOINTMENT & ASKED ME TO WAIT ANOTHER 3 MONTHS. They did not care about scheduling me and although they have a no cancelation policy they will waste your time with an appointment you... read more
As a returning customer, I am Absolutely and Completely Satisfied customer. Once again I am pleased with my dental appointment. Dr. E. Ryann Maloney, her dental assistance and other supporting staff are excellent.
Dr. Ryan is a wonderful dentist. I get major nerves at the dentist, and she always puts me at ease. She explains things well, and is patient and kind. I'm very grateful.
