Floss Boss was great! Scheduling was easy, staff was friendly and helpful, the office was adorable for the kiddos! Dr. Mark was very detailed in his explanations and advice for my babies tongue & lip tie. Highly recommend!
So glad to find this office. Staff was super friendly and made an effort to be helpful and relatable and made me feel really comfortable letting them treat my kids. Dr. Gilstrap was so friendly and didn’t rush through the exams even though I had three kids all at once. He was very informative and walked me through the treatment plans. We will be loyal patients for the rest of my kids pediatric care.
We came to floss boss for an emergent tooth extraction because our dentist was out of town. I messaged our dentist around 9 in the morning and our dentist called them to see if they could see us the same day. I received a call from Floss Boss around 10 to be seen at 12. They were absolutely wonderful from the initial phone call to being seen and then checkout. The office is super cute with a dentist play area as soon as you walk in. It is very clean.
