Flo is fantastic! She has an uncanny knack for creating a hair style that is perfect for any number of individual requests/needs/wants. Best of all, if you ask for a "trim", that is what you get, not a "too short cut" has happens in many other salons. Flo is always concerned that you are getting exactly what you request, she asks all the right questions before committing you to any one style or cut.
