They should really close their website down if they aren't in business. They never delivered my order.
Not sure if this place went out of business or what. Placed an online order for a sympathy arrangement that was to be delivered to a funeral home. The arrangement was never delivered, but my credit card was charged and I received a confirmation. I emailed the store asking for a refund due to no flowers getting delivered and did not receive a response. I attempted to call, but the number went straight to voicemail. I am now forced to dispute the charge with my credit card provider.
Flowers were delivered one day later. Lilies were replaced with carnations( I can't stand carnations). They charged for 3 balloons which were not included. They hanged up on me when I was trying to talk to them , and they didn't pick up the phone when I was calling back. Huge disappointed for Mother's Day !
They have delivered flowers late three times.
