My experience with TheFlow wasn’t good. Ordered anniversary flowers and the delivery window was missed with no update. When they arrived, the wrapping was damaged and the flowers looked less fresh than the website showed. Had to contact them myself for status. Polite team, but delivery + quality didn’t meet expectations.
Ordered a birthday bouquet from TheFlow for delivery. Flowers arrived 3 hours late and a few stems were already wilted. Arrangement didn’t match the photo online - smaller and fewer blooms than expected. Customer service replied but didn’t offer a replacement.
