My first visit to Florissant Dental services gets a +5 star review. The staff is so friendly and professional. If you need to find a new Dentist practice, you need to visit them.
I just left from getting my tooth extracted, I wish I could put into words how this experience was. From the time I walked into the door til the time I left I felt like I knew the staff my whole life. Very welcoming, very warming, each person spoke to me in a language I understood and was not afraid of dumbing it down a little more if I needed it. So I started going here about a year or two ago and loved it!!! However my dentist changed and now everytime I get a filling it’s sensitive way past when it should be, they also have horrible communication they won’t let you know if they cancel your appointment, and their a little rude about it. I got a ton of work done and paid through their financial app, they over estimated it so they ended up paying me back some and then they call me weeks later to tell me I owe what they paid me back and it made no sense but I agreed to... read more
