I was scheduled for an appointment on today 4-9-26 at 11:00 with Dr. Hoskins. I received a call 8:00 a.m stated I need to schedule another appointment in the other office on Lindberg. Due to Dr. Hoskins double checking my file the day of my scheduled appointment. I was told my the receptionist. I think that was very unprofessional to call and cancel my appointment the day of. Set an appointment 6 months in advance. About a 10-14 days got an email reminding me and that I would need to confirm the appointment. It also reminded me the consequences of canceling or rescheduling. Less than a week before my appointment i get a text asking to confirm. I confirm. 2-3 hours later I get a text asking to change my time and I respond that I can't. Then a text states they need to reschedule and give me an alternate date almost a month later. Shout out to the staff at Florissant dental. I was there briefly yesterday to prepay my affordable bill. To my surprise, without my even giving my name, only what I had come to do, Shay, Business Team member turned to the person sitting next to her and said, "This is Jennifer."
