I was referred to this office by a patient at the Florissant Dental Services. Today was my first visit. I was so impressed with the receptionist and the professionalism shown by the staff. The two ladies, Precious and Holly, were so very kind and careful with me while taking X-rays. I really want to discuss very important things with the service with your Clinic. That’s my second time I request yesterday. My wife had appointment and they keep requesting more money. I had a horrible experience with them. The front-end, all the work are they very nice. But the management and the manager, she's very rude. I tried to explain why I'm getting too much charge. They ask me, I have to pay cash. We did pay cash, and then never gave us our refund back. My husband and me. We pay more than $2000 and the insurance contact with us. They never give us refund. We had a very bad experience with this Clinic. They always asking cash and they always charge our insurance extra. Nobody is there today to audit or investigation. It’s very long time I go there. I spent too much money for them. They still ask my wife every time when we have an appointment, they give us some. We have to pay for them. It's been 2 decade, me and my husband we go. I'm just clinic, we stopped going there for 7 years. And we come back to them again. But one of them, the top manager, she's never smiling or never talking with the customer. She's always set an charge patient twice more than Re accepted, we had a crown. My husband had a crown.
