I’ve been with this company for 2 years, but last week was the final straw. I called at 8 AM on Tuesday to make changes to my propane delivery scheduled for Wednesday. I was told I was confirmed for Wednesday. The delivery never came. When I called to verify, I was told they don’t even deliver in my area on Wednesdays and I wasn’t scheduled at all. Excellent customer service
This the worst company that I have ever delt with. Not only are their prices highway robbery ($18 / gallon) but they lie about their delivery. Supposed to deliver today, Wednesday but now says next Wednesday. I wish I could give them negative stars.

HORRIBLE COMPANY I had a propane delivery scheduled for Wednesday for motorhome in rv resort. Many people are also scheduled for delivery. Today, Monday, I called to confirm Wednesday delivery and was told as of today, they are no longer delivering to our rv resort in Cape Coral. No reason except our company will not honor any of our prior commitments for delivery there. HORRIBLE COMPANY
