If they didn't charge for water,sewage and trash I would have given them 5 stars. It's out in a rural setting with alligators, water moccasins, ospreys, ducks , coyotes. Hell the only thing missing is they don't allow horses there. If I could own a horse there, I'd get a horse and buggy. No more car..then give it 5 stars...God's honest truth.

Lived there 4 years.. all right peaceful been very clean well-kept lawns and I love the little lake so what if the roads are bumpy this park overcompensates for a few bad roads then get out of your car and walk then this is well worth it to one of the best mobile parks around I've lived in three others and the owner is very caring, I'm coming back there to live for the winters I love the place and I'm from South Jersey ..

Some of the homes are very well kept but, like a lot of roads in Florida, the roads are horrific because they are private which means unpaved. You must drive thru there very slow or risk damaging your car.
