RecommendedI have been going to the FDG office in Kendall for 20 years. They are very efficient, from the scheduling, billing, follow up, etc. My dentist during that time recently retired and Dr. Michelle Segal took over as my new dentist. She just put in a crown and did a wonderful job. Her "bedside manner" was great and she really made me feel at ease. The crown turned out perfect. Dr. Segal will be my dentist for many years to come. Bravo to her technicians, as well.
My visits at the Floridian Dental Group in the Pembroke Pines location experienced unethical and deceptive practices and terrible customer service from the administration. I waited for 3 months and the Floridian Dental office never receiving a call from Floridian Dental Group regarding my predetermination for a crown and filling they said they would submit to my insurance company in order to set up an appointment to do the crown and filling at the Pembroke Pines location.
