You can never get through to a person. They put you on a queue and when you're finally #1 eight (8) minutes later it tells you to leave a message and wait for a call back within 72 hours.
DO NOT GO HERE. I BEEN WAITING 3 MONTHS FOR THEM TO ORDER MY CPAP THRU MY NEW INSURANCE PROVIDER i still do not have it and i men calling since november. No one answers my calls or voice mails or calls me back. I even used the damb contact us form. Im going to get heart failure from sleep apnea before i get any help
Dr. Fred Umeh goes beyond expectations. He treats you like family and, as such, is not afraid to be completely honest with you. He will be with you through your ups and downs. I can't wish for a better doctor! I would recommend him 100%.
