Too many patients scheduled for the same time. 40 waiting room chairs filled, one doctor on duty.
DR. Mohit Sirohi claims to have done a prostate biopsy on me in August of 2022, however he is unable to provide me with my records. My primary doctor and my new urologist both need the pathology report and he still has not provided it to them. This makes me suspicious as to whether or not the procedure was even completed. If I don't get answers soon I will have to reach out to the news investigations department. He wanted to redo another biopsy and couldn't answer my basic questions on the first biopsy.
I love the dr. But absolutely unacceptable to be on hold for over 20 minutes waiting to make an appointment. The first time I called I left a message for them to call me back, but never got called. So I tried again and was on hold for 20 minutes.
