We were originally going to purchase our 2001 Jeep Wrangler through eBay. We offered a Best Offer to lower the asking price. We couldn't wait for an approval so called directly. Alex Burs was our sales person and approved our offer immediately. Since we made a deal outside eBay, it was scary because if it were a scam, we wouldn't have any protection offered through eBay.
