Spent hours on hold for several days. Appointment cancelled on me. Trying to reschedule again got out on hours of hold with no answer. The "callback" I received was less than 1 second, barely enough time to register it happened, no voicemail left. Called back immediately to be put on hold again for another 4 hours.
Had a Good counselor
I’m always sent to voicemail when I try to call. 4 days in a row I’ve been sent to voicemail…..
