The staff in person are very professional and the psychiatrists care about their patients. I only grievance is with their phone answering capabilities. Did they call you, that's one thing. But if you try to call them you will never ever ever get to them. They need to figure out what they're doing with their answering machine because people need actual help and that's how they find out the information they need to know.
Spent hours on hold for several days. Appointment cancelled on me. Trying to reschedule again got out on hours of hold with no answer. The "callback" I received was less than 1 second, barely enough time to register it happened, no voicemail left. Called back immediately to be put on hold again for another 4 hours.
