Non maintained car wash. Used bay 7, wouldn't switch to water, only soap, was unable to rinse the car. Moved to Bay 5 so I had to spend more money to complete the wash. That bay had terrible pressure for washing. The wax on that bay didn't work, and neither did the vacuum. I will be issuing a chareback with
Extremely poor customer service! Pulled in at 10:ish pm and put $5 in like always. However, the hose connection at the top of the sway arm is disconnected and gushing water everywhere. Apparently no one works there overnight to maintain and change chemicals when necessary. So not only did I waste my time, but I also wasted $5 and gas. I mean how are you supposed to have a 24-hour business and not have anybody overnight?....
