Terrible property management company. Rents your property out to drug addicts which they knew about prior tenants signing the lease. These renters trashed a newly remodeled apartment. Punching holes in doors and walls. Leaving a infestation of roaches behind when they were finally evicted from the property.
Horrible experience. If you are looking for a property manager, please stay away from this company. They did not check or report to us the damage that was happening. Over $20,000 in damage and other tenants moved out because of how bad the cockroaches were. Tiffany was our main point of contact and did an awful job of communicating. We have hired an attorney and if you have had similar issues I advise you sue them as well.

Tried to view a townhouse they had listed here in Cape Coral, I came all the way from Naples to see this home for the lockpad on the front door to be dead. Couldn’t even see the place. Tried to call people would answer and immediately hang up. Great first time experience.
