This company seems very sketchy and unprofessional. They have terrible communication skills. They list homes and won’t contact you. A house that was for rent and on market for 76 days magically rented out as soon as I showed interest and nobody would call me back. They messaged me through Zillow. ? Who does that if they are serious about the property they have been trusted with. I have read the current reviews from homeowners and I tend to believe it. Terrible property management company. Rents your property out to drug addicts which they knew about prior tenants signing the lease. These renters trashed a newly remodeled apartment. Punching holes in doors and walls. Leaving a infestation of roaches behind when they were finally evicted from the property.
Horrible experience. If you are looking for a property manager, please stay away from this company. They did not check or report to us the damage that was happening. Over $20,000 in damage and other tenants moved out because of how bad the cockroaches were. Tiffany was our main point of contact and did an awful job of communicating. We have hired an attorney and if you have had similar issues I advise you sue them as well.
