I had a very bad experience. I bought panels that were supposed to cost $40,000, and I was charged with $60,000. I have been paying $430.49 for the past year and a half, and now the had increased the monthly payment to $339.81, which I am unable to pay because my income is just my social security check. The reason for buying these panels was that the electric bill was almost $300. I also continue paying my electric bill. They put holes in your roof and don't repair it , the don't come out to your house to see if it is working right? They don't return your phone call if there is a problem????? This is the worst company I have ever dealt with? I tell everyone never get solor because now I am paying 700.00 dollars a month for solor and duke energy
One of the best experiences I’ve had dealing with any company, the technicians especially Daniel were very knowledgeable and helpful with teaching me how to operate my new system, also very tidy, they immediately clean as they work leaving no trace of their presence, they made sure everything was perfected down to a T , the system is beautiful and powerful without Ac for 2 and a half days our home temperature was 96 degrees once the technicians finished working and tested it and perfected everything they left us with incomin... read more
