Put my solar panels on there two years ago they haven’t even called me up and asked me if they were right no
Ripped me off. Said no electric bill still got one. Said they would pay tohave my roof done if I got panels installed. No they just tacked the cost of the roof onto the loan for the panels.Doesnt get back to me about my issues. They are supposed to be helping people out but instead just rip them off. I also states in the contract that it would generate 7.6 kw and it hasn't ever even come close to that. The solar panels weren't even installed according to the prints. They lied from the beginning, said my bill would be practically 0, or that the electric company would pay me. My solar payment is 298 and my electric bill is about 200. This is 6 months to a year after installation. I would not recommend solar to anyone. I had another solar guy come out to my house because it didnt seem correct to have this many panals and still have such a high bill, i have a brand new AC and spray in insluation, and he told me that didnt install enough panels and they put them in the area that doesn't have... read more
Was told the panels would completely offset electricity bill and that the payments for panels would never change. Both were lies. Was also promised panels were insured for 25 years and roof was insured for 10 years. Again both lies. I have saved texts, emails and phone conversations where I was lied to. Very shady place in my opinion.
