Was told the panels would completely offset electricity bill and that the payments for panels would never change. Both were lies. Was also promised panels were insured for 25 years and roof was insured for 10 years. Again both lies. I have saved texts, emails and phone conversations where I was lied to. Very shady place in my opinion. They should be ashamed of themselves.
Just a few days ago I met with a very nice and professional representative from Florida state energy by the name of meir,he immediately made me feel at ease and explained the process.After going over the products available I decided to update my air-conditioning and heating with a mini split.from the beginning to the end the process of funding to the installation of the unit was seamless. I love the unit and the house feels great.Thank you meir and Florida state energy
