I stopped in Florida Sports (Stuart) about six weeks ago to inquire about upgrading my safety gear and bike ('14 C14) for tour/LD riding. I have purchased a number of things and been very happy with everything. The entire staff are very helpful and pleasant, but the Parts guys (Tommy, Brent and Miguel) have gone out of their way to be my 'touring soundboard'. Thanks guys. Between the staff and the loyalty program, there is no reason to shop anywhere else for motorcycle gear.
Stu was following up on my service for my Burgman 400 which had a vibration issue after new tires and an oil change. They road the scooter and noticed the vibration and corrected it and the road tested to make sure everything was fine. I have been riding motorcycles since 1965 and by far this is the best customer service I have ever had. Outstanding service and friendly atmosphere. William H. Mills
Just went in to see if they could repack my exhaust some guy named Ryan interrupted said we're not a Yamaha dealer we can't do it when the guy was about to walk outside and asked to technicians is a aftermarket pipe doesn't matter if it's on a Yamaha Honda Kawasaki morons
I took my brand new Ducati 959 for its first service which was at 620 miles. When I dropped off the motorcycle it was clean and had all the fairings properly on with all of the screws tightened down. When I picked up the motorcycle and brought it home I took a look at the bike found chain grease all over the exhaust grease from hands on my matte white fairings. Picked up my 2 wheels from here. Very easy to deal with the salesman BRIAN. In and out without any hassle. It may have helped walking into the store knowing what I wanted.
