My husband took his motorcycle to Florida Sports. They DON'T back up their service. He was charged $50 to mount a tire. Three weeks later, after the bike simply sat, the tire went flat. He took the bike back and was charged another $20 for a valve core... They mounted a tire for a customer that WASN'T road worthy. RIPOFF!

Dear Mrs. Daily, Our manager has looked into the issue you spoke about. It should have been no charge to your husband. Please have your husband look over his receipt. Our Service writer had it cashiered and accidentally overlooked that it should have been an internal charge. Please contact our store manager and we will refund your money back to you.

My husband and I bought a 2017 Honda Pioneer Ltd 1000 at a dealer in our area & when that dealer let us down FLORIDA SPORTS CYCLE & ATV was there to help with a pretty serious issue. I mention this only to let you know they didn't make the sale, but were there for us for the service! They went above and beyond and got us back up and running. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, efficient and caring. They definitely take pride in their trade and it shows.

It is absolutely necessary for brick and mortar to make reasonable profit to survive. However, charging customers 2x-3x is price gouging. There are much better alternatives for parts than to buy from these guys. I purchased an item and when I learned I need additional parts I found them from another Honda dealer who offered E commerce at a fraction of the price. I guess if you need it now, expect to be gouged. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

So that we can look into this situation further. Then I will be able to get with our Parts Manager and check on pricing on an orginal product or after market.
