A year after I got a knee brace from OrthoRX INC. through a rep recommended by my surgeon - my insurance posted a new EOB that changed my billing from OrthoRX to "Florida Shores Brace systems" Never heard of them and never had service with them (I lived in North Carolina at the time that I got a brace from OrthoRX). They changed company name and billing codes on an EOB that was resolved a year prior, which resulted in me having a higher out-of-pocket cost than at the time of my actual service.
