I was referred to Florida Retina Institute after a routine eye exam found a hole in my retina. A referral was processed and an appointment was set within a few days of the referral doctors request. The appointment staff set an appointment with Dr Matthew Cunningham. I've seen people on Google Reviews give 4 stars, only due to the appointment running about 2 hours. My experience was with Dr. Tom Barnard. I made an appointment for floaters I developed suddenly, just before going on vacation. I was able to be seen early the next day. Dr. Barnard was patient, kind, and thorough. He and his staff are caring, efficient and truly professional. I had an excellent experience and highly recommend seeing Dr. Barnard.
