Extremely Disappointed and distressed by recent Experience I am very upset with my recent study visit with the Research department. Dr. Tomas Moreno treated me and my family with outright rudeness and a lack of professionalism, which only added to our stress during an already difficult visit. The recent staff change have clearly disrupted patient care, creating confusion and increasing anxiety around each visit.
