After a long night in the ER, and thank goodness no detached retina, but no diagnosis as to the cause of the Dark Geyser of floaters suddenly appearing in one eye. Called Florida retina at 8am, explained my situation, had an 11am appt in Brunswick, GA. where Dr. Fallgatter thoroughly explained what had occured, which perfectly explained everything I experienced the evening before. A simple plan for at home care, and a follow-up was all that was needed. Highly recommend.
The entire process from making the appointment to the end and All points between was efficient, effective, and extremely friendly.
Overall experience was good. But have to say Yalitza (spelling probably not correct) was phenomenal she is very, patient,understanding and knowledgeable.
Dr. Moreno has been a great doctor and his staff is amazing!!
Have been a patient for 3 + years. Recently had an emergency, called office and was routed thru triage and being seen by Doctor within 30 minutes of call. Received laser surgery and eye is healing with return visit in one week. Excellent care! Doctor Moreno explains everything and works with such expertise, I feel very well taken care of.
