Florida Pure Water Services did a fantastic job! They replied to me in the weekend and set up the appointment for Monday with the sales rep. Sales did great! First contacted a different company during a weekday and didn't hear a thing from them for five days. Contacted FL Pure Water Services and received an immediate response. They worked with our changing schedule and completed the work on time. Jonathan, the installer, knew his business. Quickly did the RO system inside and the whole house system outside. Very happy.

Beginning with my sales rep to Chrona tirelessly and patiently getting me all of my answers and then the Manager, Vito personally calling me to answer technical questions and finally the install itself which was professional and timely. Pricing was as quoted with no hidden costs and everything is working smoothly. Thank you, Vito and t... read more

I am forever grateful for my new system and It was the best decision my husband and I have made as an... read more
