Cost wasn't bad at all, Sandra was incredibly responsive with the scheduling, and Jonathan was quick, knowledgeable and relayed all the info on what he was doing to me in terms that were easily understandable, while he was doing the onsite visit. I was hesitant at first to get maintenance done since I figured I could do it myself, but I'll definitely be utilizing FPWS's services again.
Highly recommend Florida Pure Water Solutions. Definitely a 5 STAR experience. From the 1st phone call until the completion of the job it was hassle free. They installed our water softener with no issues. But they tried to charge me $500 for annual service, which is roughly 2.5x the average of their competitors.
We had a great experience with Pashka our sells rep whom my husband and I absolutely loved. My water was stink and nasty and my brand new shower had a horrible hard water build up upon it. Not to mention after a shower my skin would feel so dry and scarlet, now with having Florida Pure water solutions my shower is smiling without hard water build up and My skin after a shower is so soft and silky even without applying soap. Sean Ward came all the way from Florida to 29 Palms California to install an awesome whole house purification system and under-sink ROWPU / Alkaline water system. Water feels and tastes perfect, just what we needed to upgrade our overall quality of life !!!
