Seems like it could be just a scam company with a call center that will pester you until the end of time. Legitimate businesses don’t do that. They installed a softener and a year later I still get DAILY phone calls from their foreign call center asking me to buy into a service plan.
They have a good product and a good Service.
My experience with Vito from Florida Pure Water Services was excellent. He was very welcoming, patient, and made sure to take the time to explain to me what was causing issues with my well water (rotten egg smell with yellow staining) and how it can be mitigated with the right system. The team promptly came out days later and did a fantastic job installing the water softener & air draw system with the reverse osmosis!
Florida Pure Water Services did a fantastic job! They replied to me in the weekend and set up the appointment for Monday with the sales rep. Sales did great! He was very passionate and a true believer in the product. His demo did open my eyes to a couple really interesting facts and I am a life learner so I liked that. The install was the very next day!
