They installed our water softener with no issues. But they tried to charge me $500 for annual service, which is roughly 2.5x the average of their competitors.

Cost wasn't bad at all, Sandra was incredibly responsive with the scheduling, and Jonathan was quick, knowledgeable and relayed all the info on what he was doing to me in terms that were easily understandable, while he was doing the onsite visit. I was hesitant at first to get maintenance done since I figured I could do it myself, but I'll definitely be utilizing FPWS's services again.

I'm shopping for a whole-house water filter/softener. I have researched them and am just trying to find the right filter and company, and contacted Florida Pure Water Solutions in that quest. My water has been previously tested--by me, an outside company, the first water filter company I met with (who performed a digital test). I know its chemical makeup. I also told this company's rep before they started that I had a filter on the cold water and they should use the hot, but they used the cold anyway. When their results were... read more
