Do yourself a favor and listen to the reviews. I was referred to Dr. Diaz by my therapist and she suited my needs, so I stuck with her. My initial impression was that she was incredibly impersonal and uninterested in her patients actual mental health and needs, and more interested in checking the boxes. Shocked to see so many negative reviews. I’ve been going here for years as a patient of Dr. Pino. I now have seen Dr. Diaz for a few months, while it was a little rocky transitioning due to her patient load increasing, she has been amazing and accommodating to my needs. She is very thorough but also quick to the point which I appreciate (having anxiety with long appointments.) The office staff has never given me any issues. Jamie is awesome and very helpful. Dr Diaz is condescending and flippant for someone who works in mental health. Happy to see some other bad reviews so others don't make the same mistake.
I was Dr Diaz's patient for years she herself is very good normally the staff is good however during my recent unemployment my phone was disconnected I missed an appointment I did not even receive an email. I called the office because I did not have my medication for 3 days so they could call the medication into Publix they refused to give me medication until they saw me they said they could not give me an appointment for 2 weeks keep in mind I am on two different medications.
