An excellent service
I would avoid this place they don’t truly care about their tenants . My first red flag was on move in day someone at the office contacted my realtor saying we had to pay extra onto the rent just in case our payment doesn’t go through because we were moving in on a weekend . My realtor had to threaten to get a lawyer because all that was required initially was first last and security . That’s the only reason they let it go . Had to move to Florida for a job change and decided to rent from them sight unseen. Maggie was extremely easy to work with and now that we have moved in the house was as shown in the pictures and the entire onboarding process was very easy and smooth. Its always a gamble when you don't have a chance to view a property but they were very honest and upfront about things and went out of their way to ensure we would have a successful/easy move in.
