Worst company to rent from let your house fall apart around us and then kick us out!
If you can get into a place and it is habital by human life you’re probably ok. Or so you think, I was told when signing my lease I could renew at end, the kicker is end of lease and I’m told I have to get out and they are selling the property. Bigger blow, I requested I have an extended month for the time it would take for new residence to be ready and I’m told they won’t even submit the form. That’s it’s a waste of time. RENTERS BEWARE!!! Please do not rent from this establishment. They will lie to you just to get you into the place even though I asked them if it’s an OKAY area even though the house was broken into the DAY I SIGNED THE LEASE! Had the cops there numerous times even though I never called them just because of the area. Terrible conditions when I moved in the day of had to call them because of a massive leak under the house which I was not charged but you still rented.
