Have Rachel Doug to this company at literally 52 times and I can’t even leave a voicemail because their inbox is full. They clearly have no idea how to run a business
Service is mediocre as far a property management. The folks there are cordial and respond but don't really address any of the concerns presented to them. Not sure if this company should be in this business or an agent for this neighborhood.

Awful service. Receptionist are polite but, management sucks. I’m not sure if he has too many properties or just doesn’t give a damn. If I could do it all over again I would not have moved in their community. I really don’t see it going well .
Worst company ever. They do not maintain the building. They do not answer the phone, they do not respond emails and the receptionist the one time she answered hung up on me.
