Extremely disappointing experience. I waited on hold for 15 minutes before opting for a call-back, which came about 45 minutes later. After providing all of my sensitive personal information, I was placed on hold, only for the call to disconnect. The representative made no attempt to call me back. I called again, repeated the entire process, and provided my personal information a second time, only to be told I need to call back 15 days before my move-in date. Extremely high rates, poor customer service. CEOs and management are involved in all kinds of political shenanigans in Florida, bordering on illegal action. The rank and file workers are good and decent people who are being misled by management.
Such a horrible company in customer service. First to call to get live agent you need to spend some time:as squerel in cage: BAD I am waiting 5 month to get my credit money back . In called already 6 times and when I called everytime agents said : money was sent yesterday just wait. On and on and on..... Now I started to collect agents and managers names I spoke.
