Extremely high rates, poor customer service. CEOs and management are involved in all kinds of political shenanigans in Florida, bordering on illegal action. The rank and file workers are good and decent people who are being misled by management.
Such a horrible company in customer service. First to call to get live agent you need to spend some time:as squerel in cage: BAD I am waiting 5 month to get my credit money back . In called already 6 times and when I called everytime agents said : money was sent yesterday just wait. On and on and on..... Now I started to collect agents and managers names I spoke.
