This is our first summer using Florida Pool. We have been very pleased. They are very quick to respond to everything. The girls in the office are so nice, have answers, and really efficient!. I would highly recommend them!

Incredible service, super fast & very knowledgeable!
Not good service. Opened the pool, but did not explain that did not include "cleaning it". When they came back out to clean it, they did not complete the job (and, again, never communicated about why it may not have been finished). Lastly - again, didn't install our ladders, but also did not tell us we needed repairs (that they did not help us with last year). They did rectify the situation after sending them an email. But, if you use them, you must make sure they communicate with you at all steps.
