Terrible. The guy that answers the phone is rude as hell and they have zero communication skills. I will never try to book a job with these jerks again and I highly recommend going somewhere else.
Owner is rude. Basically told me my need was not important because It is only a broken toilet! They gave me a four hour window and I simply called 2 hours after the latest time of arrival and was baffled when i had asked who i was speaking with because he was so so rude and he said "well I am the onwer of this company thank you very much" also said doesnt everyone want their toilets fixed before thanksgiving, even though i called 6 days ago and this was the day they gave me as i sat home for 6 hours waiting and then i receiv... read more
Don't waste your time!! The plumber that showed up at our house was lazy and not willing to actually try to fix the kitchen faucet, but very willing to have us pay $250 to install a new kitchen sink...after we bought one!! He was more worried about his 12 service calls after us. Hope they got better service than us!!
Do not hire them they are. Crokeit dont use them
Amazing customer service! Mike really knows his stuff. Took care of everything that I needed at a very fair price.
I wouldn't recommend this company to a dead dog to wash off his guts in the street he's a know-it-all that doesn't know anything about Plumbing oh and don't let me leave out a racist
