I was referred out for “higher acuity of care” by Dr. Tapia, which left me without a doctor and caused me to run out of my medication. No patient should ever be abandoned like that. I was also spoken to disrespectfully, and my records contained serious errors — wrong diagnoses, incorrect details, and missing information.
