I was seen at the Riverview office. They were beyond professional and prompt. Dr. Roeckner and staff (Moriana at front desk and Candace who I spoke with at Tampa location) were amazing! Iris, the US tech, was one of the best and took her time while explaining every aspect of imaging. Dr. Roeckner answered all my questions, was very compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!!
WORST service I’ve ever had a dr office. Filled out the paperwork online, got to my appointment and they didn’t have it on file. Was told to fill it out again and I went to my car to fill it out. As I did was told they reached out to call me and I was then “too late” to see the dr and they canceled my appointment?! I’m literally outside and the lady said nothing at the front desk beforehand. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL don’t waste your time here!!
Dr. Craig Kalter has truly been an exceptional physician. From the very beginning, he took the time to explain everything clearly, with patience, care, and genuine compassion. He made us feel comfortable, informed, and supported every step of the way. We miss him very much. Florida Perinatal Associates have been so amazing! Being told you have a high risk pregnancy and needing to see a specialist is a scary while pregnant but Dr. Kalter and his staff have made me feel so calm through this process. Dr. Kalter is so gentle when explaining everything. He spent so much time talking to us and answering all of our questions. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor to be working with through this process.
