When I met with Doctor Cordova at my first appointment we came up with a treatment plan, and date, whichnwas 2 weeks outndue tonthe doctor goingnon vacation, according to her. I called a couple weeks later, to confirm my appointment. I was informed that she is no longer with the practice. Dr Cordova-Ogg was great. Friendly, listened, and explained my options in an easy to understand manner.
As always, Dr. Cordova-Ogg is knowledgeable, skilled, and helpful. I like that she acknowledges when you’ve done your own research on a problem or question and does not talk down to you or act as though you are a blithering idiot (some docs do that; it’s irritating). We have been able to come up with solutions together. I like being part of my own treatment team.
Rare to see email pain management doctor and assistant. Both were professional, attentive and caring. The doctor took the time to break down my MRI and go over options to manage my pain.
Dr Cordova-Ogg and the staff are wonderful. They are compassionate and understanding of my serious medical condition and medication needs.
