Dr. Shestack was personable and friendly while also completely professional taking time to address all my questions till I felt comfortable. The office staff and medical assistants were similar.
Dr Blanco and staff was professional. The cervical block shot was administered well but unfortunately it didn’t last very long. Approximately 2 weeks. I received no notification whatsoever that my insurance company would not cover the amount. About 5 months later, I got a notification that my insurance didn’t cover it…and it was over $1300!
