They have the most unprofessional organization and staff I have ever dealt with. Never answer, never "get around" to doing anything & extremely uncooperative. They refused to give me a gate key and code into my own gated community for over a month; still "getting around to it." In response to the erroneous review by Nick Bateman. I would like to state that Florida One is the best and most honest company our community has ever had, and we have had quite a few. The office staff is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Unfortunately Nick Bateman has no idea what he is talking about because this community has no gate keys or temporary gate codes. I hate that I moved to one of the communities that Florida One represents. The name of the "condo" is Boca Cove. I unknowingly purchased a condo that was roach infested. The externinator has been out four times in one month. They harrarass the condo owners parking nice pickup trucks. However, they do not care if owners have roaches. The unit is a public health hazard and they have no rules about owners exterminating their units. This is a horrible place to live.
