I was referred to Dr. Scott by my orthopedic doctor that specializes in shoulders. I needed spinal surgery to relieve the severe and chronic pain in my shoulder and arm. After my first visit with Dr. Scott I was confident that he was the surgeon for my operation. I looked forward to the day of my surgery and I am finally rid of the pain. The operation and recovery went exactly like Dr. Scott told me it would. The office has a professional tempo and kept me informed with any information I needed. I highly recommend them!
Would not recommend this office to anyone. The staff member, I think her name was Jennifer, on the phone was possibly the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to who was just completely mean and not explicit on the offices policy. She honestly scared me with how she talked to me. I would recommend going to an office with people that led with kindness and make you feel comfortable especially when you’re already in pain!
