Horrible customer service. Slow response times for everything. Terrible after the sale. Stay away. I had to contact Florida Mosquito Systems through Instagram and multiple office numbers for weeks just to get a response about a repair. When they finally replied, they wanted $179.99 upfront just to dispatch a technician, asked for photos, and then later told me they couldn’t even complete the repair.
