I have been a few times for myself and my children. The experience has been outstanding all times. The staff is extremely friendly and empathetic. Dr. Melissa is so kind and caring. I don’t know why there’s only 3 stars for this place?? It’s definitely 5 stars in my book.
Took my 90 year old dad to the Zephyrhills Urgent Care for a bad arm scrape today. We got right in and got excellent care. We really appreciate their expertise and thoughtful care.

I drove an hour and a half based on what I was told over the phone — only to arrive and discover it was a complete lie. The clinic had confirmed on the phone that they accepted my provider, which also appeared on MyChart through Orlando Health. But once I got there, they told me I’d have to pay the full rate out-of-pocket. No one took accountability for the misinformation, and I was left with nothing but wasted time and gas.
