I went in for URGENT CARE and was basically refused service. The girl at the counter look 18 and too lazy to lift a finger. Not a person there but unable to help. I found out later they COULD have helped me and my insurance WOULD have been accepted. She didn’t even ask what was wrong with me. When your MAIN concern is money and not my health you failed at job. All the nurses and physicians are very kind and helpful soo satisfy with my care that I received at the zephyrhills location
They took the time and explained everything in detail. Everyone was respectful and courteous.
Just want to say that my experience was good until the end. As I was leaving and went to get an excuse note, there was only one lady at the front desk and I thought she was open! She had said something but I wasn’t sure what she said, so I said excuse me in a very kind manner and she goes “ I wasn’t talking to you hun” in a very rude manner!
